FAITH OVER FEAR
The Spiritual Journey is truly unlearning fear and remembering love!
Fear is an emotion that not only humans feel, but all other creatures on this earth. It is necessary to survive and can be used to skyrocket in life instead of plummeting into self loathing and more.
When we shed the patterns & belief systems that we have held within us for so long and start thinking with more love and positivity in our soul we allow ourselves to return to love.
When you CHOOSE faith over fear we genuinely allow ourselves to receive the support that we need and that we are forever longing for. We return to love!
I canât wait to share just a little of how you can choose love over hear and what that will bring to your life.

...I went LIVE recently in The Women's Health Collective facebook group and spoke about how to tame your food and drink cravings, as I believe that a lot of our cravings are related to the environment that we are in.
Around this time of year when we are spending extra time with friends and family, some who you may not have seen in a while, some of those cravings start to coming back in from a subconscious memory which triggers us to succumb to those cravings!
