I went LIVE recently in The Women's Health Collective facebook group and spoke about how to tame your food and drink cravings, as I believe that a lot of our cravings are related to the environment that we are in.
Around this time of year when we are spending extra time with friends and family, some who you may not have seen in a while, some of those cravings start to coming back in from a subconscious memory which triggers us to succumb to those cravings!
