Are you constantly flaking on yourself?

What if you had a friend that was constantly flaking on you.  She came up with lame excuses like “I really want to see you but I can’t not watch MAFS tonight”

Would you respect her? Would you trust her?  Would you believe anything she said to you?

This level of mistrust and dis-respect applies to your sub-conscious too….it knows you cannot be trusted after breaking so many plans & giving up on so many goals!!  

SOUND FAMILIAR??

On the flip side…do you know someone who has always kept her word, always shows up and is always there for you?  When she commits to something, how seriously do you take HER commitments?

I know that blowing off a workout, a date or even an afternoon to organise your closet or any other commitment to yourself doesn’t seem like a big deal, BUT IT IS!.  It’s a REALLY BIG DEAL.

OUR WORDS HAVE POWER, BUT OUR ACTIONS SHAPE OUR LIVES!

So many of us are just not feeling our most productive self lately.

Finding excuses, snoozing on our alarms and just flaking on the couch is some of the things I am getting so messages about recently.  

In this Vlog I will share some simple ways to shake up your routine and help you get sh*t done throughout your day. 

Think making YOU a priority and creating a routine that will give you the energy and motivation to WANT to achieve so much in your day xx

The morning is a great time to invest in yourself.

5 Key Rituals for Intentional Living

How often have you felt like you’re just doing the “thing”, going through the motions and just surviving your every day?

You don’t enjoy anything from making your meals, having a shower, saying goodnight to the kids…..goodness you’re even going through the motions with your partner during sex!

Starting and ending your day with language like “I have to cook dinner”, “I need to diet”, “I have to clean my house” sets you up to live a life of no purpose and dare I say resentment!

To live intentionally means you can flow through life on your terms.  To be authentic and to truly have a strong sense of fulfilment.

Gluten intolerant? Why are you eating gluten free?

With so many diet fads out there it can be difficult to believe that going “gluten free” is one of them!

With so many people having food intolerances this day and age it truly has become a fad for the marketing world of health to promote “gluten free” as a healthier option for everyone.

One huge secret they do not share is the additives they put in these produces to make them taste grate including 3 times the amount of sugar added salt and more!!

Today I chat about what some of the marketing in our “health products” can mean and how to avoid being caught up in false health claims.

FAITH OVER FEAR

The Spiritual Journey is truly unlearning fear and remembering love!

Fear is an emotion that not only humans feel, but all other creatures on this earth. It is necessary to survive and can be used to skyrocket in life instead of plummeting into self loathing and more.

When we shed the patterns & belief systems that we have held within us for so long and start thinking with more love and positivity in our soul we allow ourselves to return to love.

When you CHOOSE faith over fear we genuinely allow ourselves to receive the support that we need and that we are forever longing for. We return to love!
